Molten Chocolate Cake

 

Serves 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 12 minutes

 

Ingredients:

4 oz. of chocolate (dark)+ 8 squares (small squares)

3 eggs

7 tbsp. sugar

2 1/2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. flour

 

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat chocolate in a saucepan. Add butter and stir constantly to a smooth consistency. Mix eggs, sugar, and flour in a bowl. Add chocolate and mix completely. Pour a third of the mixture into four individual-sized Pillivuyt soufflé dishes. Top the soufflés with two squares of chocolate each. Cover the chocolate squares with the rest of the mix. Bake for 12 minutes, or until done. Let cool then serve.
